How your entry is judged

Write your answers for someone who cannot open your project. Six AI judges score civic impact, data integrity, data provenance, usability, craft, and whether staff could continue it. What to put in your README.

Team name Project title What did you build? What does it solve for? Who has this problem, and what can they do now that they could not before? How did you get from the raw data to your result? Which dataset, and what you did to it: filtered, joined, counted, charted. Name the script, notebook, or spreadsheet that does it, and say where AI helped. No data work? Say what you looked at. Which starter project? Repository link Track B: your team's public GitHub repository. Track A: leave blank. Live demo link Optional. Only a link that opens without signing in: check it in a private window first. One file Track A: your project zip from Civic Spark goes here. Otherwise a map, a chart, a cleaned CSV, a slide, a PDF, or a zip. 8 MB maximum. Something bigger than 8 MB? Paste a Drive, Dropbox, or repository release link instead — uploads over 8 MB are rejected, so link out rather than risk losing your work to a silent failure.
